Can I arrange to pick up the box?
Yes, we are located in Normanhurst in northern Sydney. If it is convenient we are happy to organise a time to pick up your box.
How long will it take to make my box?
As each of our Keepsake Boxes are made to order, the turn around time is a maximum of 14 days. If you require a product urgently please contact us and we will endeavour to get your Keepsake box to you promptly.
Are you planning on expanding your range?
Yes, we have plans to expand our range in the near future including offering a variety of sized and coloured boxes.
If I was wanting to order a different colour box is this available?
Unfortunately we currently only offered white and stained boxes, however we are planning on expanding our range in the near future.
Can I order an additonal word/name on my box?
Yes, the price of all Keepsake Boxes include one word/name. If you would like an additional word/name this will be charged at $5.00 per word/name.
Can I organise to have my box gift wrapped?
We are happy to offer gift wrapping at an additional cost of $6.00, this includes the box being wrapped in white paper with either a pink or blue ribbon.
I have recieved my box and the name is misspelt what should I do?
All names will be spelt based upon the spelling that was submitted, so please ensure you double check the spelling of your name before placing your order. If there is an error with the spelling of a name please contact us immediately.
Do you ship internationally?
As the items are large we generally dont offer international shipping however if you would like to have a Keepsake Boxed shipped overseas please contact us.
